Denture repairs can often be done in 1 hour depending on the degree of difficulty and our work load. We do our best to save you the embarrassment of going without your teeth any longer than you need but we must follow the Infection Control guidelines for everyone's benefit.

At Denture Express we thoroughly scrub and soak your dentures before they enter the laboratory with the recommended disinfectants. Your dentures are polished with fresh disinfected buffs and fresh compounds. We DO NOT re use the same contaminated polishing buffs and compounds on everyone's dentures.

Dentures are not just repaired with glue as most people think. Before our Technicians can touch them and after they have been repaired, it must be thoroughly cleaned and soaked in a disinfectant.

We generally need to pour a plaster model, prepare (grind) the broken surfaces, mix new acrylic and pour it into the join. This needs to spend time in a pressurised curing unit, then when cured trimmed and polished.
